When I've received damaged items, I've contacted the company who sent it . . . they are usually happy to replace for free and not deal with the delivery company (the real bummer is when they re-send it via the same shipper and with identical packaging! [img]tongue.gif[/img] ). But I know that possibility is not one for eBay users. I hope you can get reimbursed by the sender if not the delivery service. Whatever happens, remember it is NOT your fault and you do deserve your money back from one or the other.
